Leadership style & working methods determine success
As a leader, I combine a cooperative, democratic as well as participative leadership style. I give employees the freedom to make decisions and shape their own lives. Important to me is the team-oriented and trusting way of working as well as a cross-hierarchical open communication style.
I approach things in a structured way, I analyze, plan and organize. Just as important, however, is my practical and implementation orientation: “doing” and “designing”!
